EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not met our policy will not be accepted and will be send back to the client at their cost. your shipment will include a printed invoice/returns form. The invoice/returns form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Please make sure that your return is inline with the below policy.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Change of mind is not eligible for a refund but will given a store credit.
- Certain jewellery items cannot be returned such as earrings for hygiene reasons.
Domestic Returns -
All postage costs will need to be covered by you. We recommend returning your item with tracking and insurance as we cannot process your return if it is not received or lost in transit. Any packages sent back (RTS) Return to sender will result in $10 being deducted from your refund/store credit.
International Returns -
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

To make an EXCHANGE, please order the item you want as a new purchase, and allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return.
Please not all items in the sales section are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Faulty Items -
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description and a photo if possible. Contact email@example.com with the subject FAULTY ITEM.
Custom tailored items -
All items have the additional options to be tailored in our Brisbane store on Ann St, Fortitude Valley. Once an item has been custom tailored to the individual customer, the item may not be returned or exchanged. Customer are asked to sign a return waiver upon measuring for the tailoring service as returns are not permitted on these items.
