EXCHANGES & RETURNS
30-DAY RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached and the original packing slip included.
Returns that do not met our policy will not be accepted and will be send back to the Customer at their cost.
Once Returns have been received by us and deemed in line with our return policy, the Return will be processed. This may take up to 10 business days of receipt. Please make sure that your return is inline with the below policy.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
Please note we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items.
- Change of mind is not eligible for a refund but will given a store credit.
- Certain jewellery items such as earrings for hygiene reasons.
- Custom tailored items.
Processing your Return
To return your items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number, reason for return, and preferred method of outcome (refund, store credit, or exchange). Once your return has been accepted by our team, you will them send all items to the address provided to you.
All postage costs will need to be covered by you. We recommend returning your item with tracking and insurance as we cannot process your return if it is not received or lost in transit. Any packages sent back (RTS) Return to sender will result in $10 being deducted from your refund/store credit.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
To make an exchange, please order the item you want as a new purchase, and allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Please note all items in the sales section are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description and a photo if possible. Contact email@example.com with the subject FAULTY ITEM + ORDER NUMBER.
